Thetius Leaders Forum

The Thetius Leaders’ Forum is an exclusive, invitation-only event that brings together senior executives from across the maritime industry to foster open discussions, exchange insights, and address the sector’s most pressing challenges. Conducted under Chatham House rules, this forum provides a unique platform for leaders to engage in candid conversations and collaborate on driving innovation and transformation within their organisations.

The forum brings together leaders from various maritime sectors, including ship operations, chartering, port management, and cargo ownership. This diverse representation allows for a comprehensive exchange of ideas and experiences, enabling attendees to gain valuable insights from their peers across the industry.

Key Talking Points

The Thetius Leaders' Forum meets in person four times per year, providing a dedicated space for focused discussions on key topics and challenges. Each planned session explores one of four core areas: Technology Leadership, Sustainability Leadership, People Leadership, and Safety Leadership. These sessions combine facilitated discussions with informal networking opportunities, allowing attendees to share best practices, generate new ideas, and build meaningful connections with like-minded leaders driving change in the industry. The Thetius Leaders' Forum is designed for senior maritime executives who are committed to accelerating transformation within their organisations. By leveraging the collective wisdom and experience of cross-sector peers, members gain invaluable support in overcoming challenges and implementing effective strategies for driving real change in the industry.
